In June, we welcomed two new colleagues to Lector:
Levente Szekelyis employed as a developer as of June 4, 2025 in Lectors TeamShare group, where he will work on implementing new cloud-based features for TeamShare.
Levente comes from a position as a software engineer at Pinnacle-CSG and has previously worked with the implementation of security and management solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Martin Knifström Gjessingis employed as Customs Sales Director / CSO Customs as of June 6, 2025 in Lectors LTS group,where he will contribute to operational and strategic sales of the entire customs product package with a focus on the Danish market, and later the rest of the Nordic region.
Martin comes from a position as Sales Marketing Manager at GUS Nordic and has previously worked with Customs Processing at DHL Aviation, Jetpack and FedEx and, through the industry association DIKO, has actively participated in many development projects initiated by Toldstyrelsen since 1999.

We are pleased that the company NÜ Denmark in Randers has chosen Lector's cloud-based customs solution LTS (Logistics Trading Services) as a new customs system, and thus exploit the opportunities that LTS offers for the optimization and automation of customs procedures.

BoConcept has chosen Lectors customs system LTS
We are proud that BoConcept has chosen LTS, a cloud-based customs system from Lector, for handling the company's customs processes, and thus exploit the opportunities that LTS offers in connection with the optimization and automation of the company's customs procedures.

Imran comes from a position as a senior consultant at Tietoevry in Norway, where he has experience with management and further development of the Member Register at the Norwegian Church as well as self-service solutions at Handelsbanken.
Zahid Arshadis employed as a consultant as of January 6, 2025 in Lector's support department, where he will ensure the operation of the company's SaaS/cloud version of TeamShare, installation, upgrading and support of customers on TeamShare og ESS.
Zahid comes from a position as Exchange & M365 Application Specialist, where he has worked with 2nd and 3rd Level support, operation of IT infrastructures and migration from On-Premises to Cloud solutions.

AI expert highlights Zen via Conex at Danish Freight Forwarders' Customs Conference in Vejle
Danish Freight Forwarders had engaged AI expert Thomas Telving for a post about artificial intelligence (AI) in customs work at the Customs Conference. He highlighted Zen via Conex as a best-practice example of a AI solution aimed at customs industry.
Zen is in operation at more than 100 customers in France for automating the pre-declaration phase in customs work, whereby customers achieve major time savings, including on the automation of keying work.
Zen via Conex exploits AI for continuous learning of data recognition from different data sources, and blockchain technology for documentation of the customs process.

Lector acquired by French software company Conex SAS
We are pleased to announce that Lector ApS has been acquired by the French software company Conex SAS as part of a generational change in ownership.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Lector ApS and our customers.
Conex brings a large amount of resources, expertise and innovation to Lector, which will help us improve our products and services in the future, as well as contribute to increased internationalization of our services.
Lector ApS' consulting business area is not part of the above transaction. It has been spun off into its own company Lector Consulting ApS with the same ownership group as the seller Lector ApS.

Stine Goya has chosen Lector's customs system LTS as a collaboration partner
It is a pleasure to announce that the Danish clothing company Stine Goya, known for creating unique colorful designs, has chosen Lector's customs system LTS, as the right partner for their future development - which we at Lector are naturally both happy and proud of.

Godske Group has chosen LTS to handle the company's customs processes

At Lector are we proud of MSCH COPENHAGEN has chosen Logistics Trading Services (LTS) to handle the company's customs processes.

Danish Physiotherapists halve time spent with digital application for extension numbers in TeamShare
With a new digital application for extension numbers in TeamShare The time spent by employees is halved, while members receive faster case processing.
Danske Fysioterapeuter processes between 1000 - 1200 applications for extension numbers per year for physiotherapists who work under the health insurance agreement.
Registration is done by the physiotherapist filling out and sending a form to Danske Fysioterapeuter, which ensures that the physiotherapist is authorized, after which the form is sent to the region.
Lia Ellehuus, Danish Physiotherapists: “95% of submitted applications now go directly to the region. This saves valuable time and helps both us and our members.”

With TeamShare get Klagenævnet for Domænenavne a tailored solution that not only strengthens daily case processing, but also offers process optimization, the possibility of personnel and administrative cases, support for contract management and digital signing, and much more.
Klagenævnet for Domænenavne is an independent complaints board that can handle disputes between registrants and third parties regarding the registration and use of domain names under the Danish .dk domain, as well as complaints about decisions made by DIFO/Punktum dk (formerly DK Hostmaster) regarding compliance with the established terms and conditions (“Terms of Use for a .dk domain name”).

Lector's customs solution LTS is integrated with DMS Export
Lector's customs solution LTS has gone into production with system-to-system integration with the Danish Customs Agency's new declaration platform for exports (DMS Export).
It has been a very long and very problematic journey to establish this integration, and the Danish Customs Board's new DMS export solution is still challenged in terms of errors and operational stability.
The "outgoing" system e-Export will, according to current information, be closed down at the end of May.

Lector is included in SKI's 02.19 partial agreement 3: dynamic purchasing system
It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Lector is among the first suppliers to be listed on SKI's (State and Municipal Procurement Service) 02.19 partial agreement 3: dynamic purchasing system for purchasing professional systems as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that our solution TeamShare will be able to be purchased through this framework agreement in the future.

Lecturer holds Sseminar on coherence in project management and knowledge retention the March 19, 2024 8.30:13.00 a.m. - XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. of Scandic Spectrum i Copenhagen, where we focus on supporting project management and document management of construction and operational projects.
Many utilities have both a number of strategic initiatives prioritized by the board and a number of operational projects. The projects are carried out by seasoned experts in a number of dedicated professional systems, while maintaining a stable supply.

Document production and documentation in plant and operations is another significant success factor. In order for knowledge to be retained and reporting to be effective, it is important to standardize and control how data is recorded in documents.

The survey shows that 100% of our customers are satisfied, and the proportion of very satisfied customers is 57%.
95% would recommend Lector to other customers, and this year we are breaking a record for the proportion of customers who will definitely be customers of Lector in the future with 100%.

We only use GREEN POWER
We have upgraded our Electricity agreement, so we now only buy GREEN POWER for our consumption in Lector.
GREEN POWER is the common term for electricity that comes from renewable energy sources such as wind energy from wind turbines, solar energy from solar cells and wind energy from hydroelectric power plants. What they all have in common is that they are CO2 neutral and renewable sources of power.

Lector supports Ukraine's soldiers
We are happy to support Ukraine through the collection "You can give them warmth", who are raising money for winter uniforms for Ukraine's soldiers, which they urgently need.
The Ukrainian soldiers are not only fighting against the Russian occupation, they are also fighting against the wet and icy winter weather.
A huge operation, with consul Morten Munk from the Ukrainian Consulate in Aarhus as the creator, where funds are collected for winter uniforms for the Ukrainian soldiers, which they can fight in this winter.
The delivery consists of approximately 20.000 sets, equivalent to approximately 150 tons of equipment and 45 fully packed trucks, which the Danish Armed Forces logistically help facilitate.
The equipment will be sent via Denmark to Ukraine in dialogue with the Ministry of Defense regarding support for transportation and coordination with the Ukrainian authorities.”
This means that quality control and assembly of the package is in professional hands, and that the equipment reaches the right recipients. All products in the package are adapted and approved by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
All contributions go directly to purchasing winter equipment for Ukraine.

We have welcomed 4 new colleagues to Lector

Lector has in collaboration with GroupCare entered into an agreement with Norsk Fysioterapeutforbund (NFF) about delivery of Lector's cloud solution TeamShare og GroupCare's membership system for handling the association's members. The solution is already in the air.
NFF works to develop the physiotherapy profession and strengthen Norwegian physiotherapists' working conditions for the organization's more than 10.000 members, including through engagement at both the Nordic and international levels, as a member of World Physiotherapy.

Lector supports the pediatric department, Center for Sjældne Sygdomme at Rigshospitalet for the 4th year
We are very happy to be able to support around Center for Rare Diseases at Rigshospitalet, which we became familiar with after a series of broadcasts ”The rare Danes” in 2018 on TV2.
Lector For the 4th year in a row, we have chosen to focus on this group of children, who we don't hear much about and who rarely receive donations.
The center works with children with rare, hereditary, complex, often multi-organ diseases that require highly specialized and interdisciplinary treatment. The children are born with rare syndromes, each of which is different and involves several parts of the body, e.g. vision, hearing, heart, growth and development. The center's task is to help the children and families, initially by making the correct diagnosis, as well as telling the families about the future and planning the treatment.
The money goes, among other things, to a research project where children with a striking and different appearance (children born with dwarfism or facial deformity) are supported to deal with the interest and attention of the outside world directed at their appearance. The children are trained to have an appropriate response when they attract attention in social contexts. They will participate in workshops with young trained actors, where the children learn in small groups to support each other in this development.
So that the children have an even better experience during their visit to Center for Rare Diseases, the department has, among other things, purchased toys for their examination room, as well as gifts/rewards for the children who are most affected, which they receive when they visit the department - it is very popular and remembered, while also making subsequent visits more desirable.

We are proud to announce that Lector has entered into an agreement with Astma-Allergi Danmark about delivery of TeamShare for case processing in connection with the product labeling scheme (also known as "The Blue Ribbon", which is currently found on over 3.000 products in more than 60 countries).
Together with TeamShare New dynamic web forms are also provided that manufacturers can use to apply for labeling of their products, as well as a portal for secure and fast communication between manufacturers and Astma-Allergi Danmark .

Lector supports the Christmas Stamp Foundation
We are happy to be able to support the work of the Julemærkefonden in the fight for a child's life without bullying, loneliness and unhappiness, and have chosen to donate the postage saved for Christmas to the Julemærkefonden by sending Christmas greetings by email.
For over 100 years, the Christmas Tree Homes have helped vulnerable children. In the beginning, the challenge was tuberculosis. Today, it is about helping children against bullying, loneliness and obesity.
The five Christmas Tree Homes help around 1.000 children aged 7-14 move on in life each year.
At the Christmas Tree Homes, children are helped to overcome bullying and isolation. At the same time, they learn about healthy eating and exercise, so they can lose weight.
They gain self-confidence so they can smile at life again.

Lector's CEO Tue Villum Sorensen, Ordrupvej 101, 2920 Charlottenlund, fills 50 years Wednesday, May 5, 2021.
Tue Villum Sorensen joined Lector in 2009 as sales manager, and in 2014 was appointed CEO and co-owner of Lector ApS.
Tue has a Master of Science in Economics from CBS, is a father of two adult children and lives in Jyllinge.
In his spare time, Tue Villum Sorensen extremely active at all levels in activities such as sailing, cycling, alpine skiing, golf and running.

Lector supports the pediatric department at the Center for Rare Diseases at Rigshospitalet
For the third year in a row, Lector has chosen to focus on a group of children that we don't hear much about and who rarely receive donations. The children are affiliated with the Center for Rare Diseases at Rigshospitalet, which we became aware of after a series of broadcasts called "The Rare Danes" in 3 on TV2018.
The center works with children with rare, hereditary, complex, often multi-organ diseases that require highly specialized and interdisciplinary treatment. The children are born with rare syndromes, each of which is different and involves several parts of the body, e.g. vision, hearing, heart, growth and development. The center's task is to help the children and families, initially by making the correct diagnosis, as well as telling the families about the future and planning the treatment.
The money will go to a research project where children with a striking and different appearance (children born with dwarfism or facial deformity) are supported to tackle the world's interest and attention directed at their appearance.
The plan is to train the children to respond appropriately when they attract attention in social contexts. They will participate in workshops with young trained actors, where the children learn in small groups to support each other in this development.
It has been shown that through their television participation in the programs "The Rare Danes", the children have gained increased self-esteem after receiving positive attention.

Approximately 620.000 tariffs, certificates and regulations (updated as of January 1, 2021) have been implemented in LTS.
GB is categorized as a third country for customs purposes (except Northern Ireland).
Lectors LTS Customers have not paid a penny for this - the update is covered by the support and maintenance agreement.

SKI 02.06 Standard Software – Dynamic Purchasing Agreement
We are pleased to announce that Lector is among the first suppliers to be included in SKI's (Statens og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice) upcoming dynamic purchasing agreement 02.06, which deals with standard software. This means that our solutions ESS and TeamShare will also be able to be purchased through SKI in the future.
The agreement is scheduled to come into effect on March 28, but we are of course happy to have an initial dialogue about the possibilities of the existing and future agreements now, if you are considering acquiring new solutions.
SKI - Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice A/S was founded in 1994 as a publicly owned limited company.
SKI is owned by the state (55% of the shares) and KL (45%), and is a not-for-profit company. This means that any profits SKI makes are used to develop more and better purchasing agreements.
The public sector purchases approximately DKK 365 billion per year. Approximately 2,5 percent is done through framework agreements that SKI prepares on behalf of and in collaboration with the entire public sector.

It is a pleasure to announce that Copenhagen Business School has chosen Lector as a supplier for IT consultants. Lector is included in agreement 2, Development and customization of SW, and agreement 7, Project Management.
The agreements have a value of 30 and 10 million respectively and a term of 10 years.

We are pleased to announce that HOFOR has chosen Lector as a supplier for HOFOR's dynamic framework agreement for IT consultants. Lector is included in category 4 for software consulting services.
The agreement has a term of 8 years.
HOFOR is responsible for both the water supply and the drainage of wastewater and rainwater in the municipalities of Albertslund, Brøndby, Dragør, Herlev, Hvidovre, Copenhagen, Rødovre and Vallensbæk. HOFOR also supplies Copenhagen with district heating, city gas and district cooling.

Lector's customs system (LTS) now also handles Inward Processing
Inward Processing is a special procedure that results in customs duties and taxes as well as any trade policy measures being suspended when raw materials and materials are imported from countries outside the EU and placed under the Inward Processing procedure, for the purpose of processing, machining, repair, etc. in the EU customs territory - as opposed to Duty Free Warehouse, which concerns finished goods.
The procedure ends when the goods are either taken out of the EU customs territory, released for free circulation in the EU against payment of duties and taxes, transferred to another permitted special procedure, or have been destroyed.

Lector is under a framework agreement with Erhvervsstyrelsen
We are proud to announce that Lector, in consortium with Asseco Danmark, is entering as suppliers on the Danish Business Authority's framework agreement with the delivery of freelance consultants under sub-agreement 2 "IT consulting services" aimed at new development and further development of IT systems.

Lector's customs system LTS now also handles EMCS
EMCS (Excise Movement Control System) is used, among other things, to create and acknowledge accompanying documents.
When you buy or sell wine, beer, spirits, tobacco and/or certain mineral oil products, which are to be transported duty-free (duty suspension) from one EU country to another EU country, you must use EMCS, which is mandatory. However, it requires registration with the Danish Tax Agency for the tax in question.
In EMCS, the accompanying document is electronic, just as receipt of goods is also done electronically.

Rejsekort & Rejseplan case manager in ESS
Rejsekort & Rejseplan has gone live with a new web form for handling travel cards for people without payment cards. All inquiries received via the new web form are processed in Lector's standard system ESS (Electronic Case Management System).
The form guides the user through the card order based on the user's CPR number - so that the correct customer and card type is always selected. This ensures that the information that the case manager processes is of the highest quality possible. The web form naturally takes into account all GDPR rules.

Rejsekort erhverv has gone live with a new web form for handling Rejsekorts for companies, organizations and institutions. The new web form is set up in Lector's standard system ESS (Electronic Case Management System). In this case, ESS is used for case management of applications for framework agreements and ordering Rejsekorts from customers.
The applicant has access to standard web services via the web form and these services automatically retrieve information about the CVR, the latest annual accounts of private companies, EAN, etc. A case is automatically created in ESS, where the case is processed for the purpose of credit assessment and a framework agreement for a number of travel cards. The framework agreement, which is automatically generated in ESS, is then sent to a GDPR-secure portal, which is a standard module for ESS (ESS Portal). The applicant can read through the agreement and sign it. In ESS, access is now provided to another web form where the applicant can complete his card orders.

Lector supports the pediatric department Center for Sjældne Sygdomme at Rigshospitalet
Lector has once again chosen to focus on a group of children that we don't hear much about and who rarely receive donations. The children are affiliated with the Center for Rare Diseases at Rigshospitalet, which we became aware of last year in a series of programs called "The Rare Danes" on TV2.
The center works with children with rare, hereditary, complex, often multi-organ diseases that require highly specialized and interdisciplinary treatment. The children are born with rare syndromes, each of which is different and involves several parts of the body, e.g. vision, hearing, heart, growth and development. The center's task is to help the children and families - initially by making the correct diagnosis, as well as telling the families about the future and planning the treatment.
To give the children an even better experience during their visit to the Center for Rare Diseases, the department would like, among other things, a dollhouse, dolls and a Baby Born doll for their examination room.
They would also like to be able to give a small gift to the children who are most affected, which they can receive during their outpatient visits to the department.

We are happy to be able to support the work of the Julemærkefonden in the fight for a child's life without bullying, loneliness and unhappiness, and have chosen to donate the postage saved for Christmas to the Julemærkefonden by sending Christmas greetings by email.
For over 100 years, the Christmas Tree Homes have helped vulnerable children. In the beginning, the challenge was tuberculosis. Today, it is about helping children against bullying, loneliness and obesity.
The five Christmas Tag Homes help around 1.000 children aged 7-14 move on in life every year. At the Christmas Tag Homes, the children are helped to overcome bullying and isolation. At the same time, they learn about healthy eating and exercise, so they lose weight. They gain self-confidence, so they can smile at life again.

Dechra has chosen LTS as its new platform for customs clearance
Dechra Veterinary Products A/S has chosen LTS as their new platform for customs processing, thereby taking advantage of the opportunities that LTS offers with a focus on optimization, automation and minimizing customs-related expenses.
With a large export to, among others, Norway, LTS can help minimize Dechra's expenses for this purpose by using our new module "Turn", where you can "turn" a Danish export into a Norwegian import.
It is therefore no longer necessary for Dechra to subscribe to such a "service" with a Norwegian partner, not least since the necessary documents for transport are also created at the same time.

Midttrafik goes live with TeamShare
In the spring, Midttrafik chose TeamShare as their future case system with associated outsourcing of operation and maintenance of servers and solution to Lector.
After a successful project and training course, Midttrafik went into full operation at the end of September.
In addition to delivering the standard system "TeamShare", Midttrafik has had the following special functionality set up/developed to support the organization's business processes:
- Integration with CVR registered for automatic maintenance of company contacts
- Integration to First Agenda through TeamShare's meeting module
- Integration with Midttrafik's financial system in connection with payments to customers' NemKonto accounts
- Integration with Midttrafik's contact forms (customer inquiries), whereby cases are created directly in TeamShare for subsequent case processing.

New LTS module for customs clearance in Norway
After several inquiries from our customers regarding the possibility of being able to carry out customs clearance in Norway of goods from EU customs warehouses, Lector has developed a module with the aim of being able to turn - "Turn" - a Danish export into a Norwegian import / customs clearance.
The Turn module ensures that at the same time as a Danish export is created, a Norwegian import is created, which can be sent directly from LTS to Customs in Norway.
This option now makes it no longer necessary for Danish companies to subscribe to such a "service" with a possible Norwegian partner, but rather for this to be done automatically in our LTS system.
LTS will also create the necessary documents for the transport of the goods to Norway.

Fibia has chosen TeamShare as its new ESDH solution, and will replace their current SharePoint solution.
TeamShare was chosen because of the system's user-friendliness and will ensure that the pace of the rollout of fiber network connections across Denmark is kept up.
Fibia is the name of NRGis and SEAS-NVEs joint fiber network company. Fibia is among Denmark largest, and has laid fiber networks in large parts of Sjælland, the islands and in Østjylland.

Midttrafik has chosen TeamShare as its new document management solution
TeamShare has been selected as the best offer after a tender.
TeamShare will replace Midttrafik's SBSYS solution and will handle both traditional ESDH functions, but also complaints, customer inquiries, quality follow-up, meetings and of course also be accessible from mobile devices.
Lector is the total supplier and must be responsible for the entire delivery, including hosting.
We are thus a Single Point of Contact, which means that Midttrafik has one place to turn to, regardless of the question.
The transport company Midttrafik is in charge of public transport in Central Denmark Region and administers public transport with funding from the Central Denmark Region and the 19 municipalities in the region.
Midttrafik is responsible for planning and coordinating bus traffic, conducting tenders and contract administration, quality control, setting prices and travel rules, customer service for information and marketing of public transport.

Lector has chosen to focus on a group of children that we often don't hear much about, but who we became acquainted with in the TV2 series "The Rare Danes" through Piet, Bastian and Hjalte, who brilliantly explain to us what it's like to live with a rare, complicated disease.
The children are affiliated with the Center for Sjældne Sygdomme at Rigshospitalet, which works with children with rare, hereditary, complex, often multi-organ diseases in need of highly specialized and interdisciplinary treatment.
The children are born with rare syndromes, each of which is different and which involve several parts of the body, such as vision, hearing, heart, growth and development.
The center's task is to help the children and families - initially by making the correct diagnosis, telling the families about the future and planning the treatment.
The Center for Rare Diseases then coordinates monitoring and treatment in the many different departments where the child is typically followed.
In order to assess appearance and deformities before a possible operation, and later the effect of changed appearance/correction, the children must be photographed. For this, the department wants, among other things, an iPad for cartoons, which will make it more fun for the children to be photographed.

Lector supports Knæk Cancer
Lector is once again supporting the Danish Cancer Society and TV2's Knæk Cancer fundraiser this year.
Crack Cancer is an ambitious headline. But it is nevertheless the goal that TV 2 and the Danish Cancer Society have set themselves. Not alone, but together with the Danes, because cancer is a common cause that requires a common effort. We cannot perform miracles – but we will try.
That's why a whole week is about two things: Information and fundraising. Information about illness and healing, about research and patients, about death and, not least, about life. In a series of programs in week 43, TV 2 will show both well-known and new programs that focus on cancer through personal portrayals, information and entertainment. These are programs that will make us wiser, make us laugh and cry, and hopefully also give us hope for the future.
We're ending the week with a big... fundraising show on Saturday, October 27th at 20 pm on TV 2.

Søstrene Grene chooses LTS
Søstrene Grene has a large and varied product range, which is sold in 200 stores in 15 different markets. The goods are imported, placed in bonded warehouses and a large part is re-exported.
This process is very complex from a customs perspective and has previously been handled by an external supplier.
To simplify and achieve a more transparent process, Søstrene Grene has chosen to outsource customs clearance and the control of customs obligations, and has chosen Lector's LTS solution for this work.
The simplified processes have minimized overall costs, while reusing existing data ensures that a minimum of re-entry is necessary.

DR and the 12 largest organizations are raising funds for 12 specific projects in Africa and Asia.
Projects that will help some of the millions of children who grow up without a childhood home. Children fleeing war, poverty, hunger and disease. Children who struggle every day to survive a life where they are forced to become adults far too early. Children who live as nomads and do not know whether to spend the night in a tent, in an abandoned building or on the street. Children fleeing from soldiers and people who want them harm. Children who, in search of food and shelter, are forced into begging, theft and prostitution in order to survive.
The UN estimates that there are up to 150 million street children in the world. And millions of children live in refugee camps and are on the run. Therefore, there is an urgent need for help.
The collection culminates with a major TV show on February 3, 2018 on DR1.

Lector on Framework Agreement at the Danish Health Data Agency
Lector has participated in the tender for consulting services for the Danish Health Data Agency.
We are pleased to announce that we have qualified among the suppliers who can deliver IT consultants within selected areas of expertise to the Danish Health Data Agency, the Danish Medicines Agency and the ministry's corporate IT for the next 4 years.

HKKF chooses TeamShare
We are proud to announce that HKKF - The Danish Army Constable and Corporal Association has chosen TeamShare as their upcoming ESDH solution, scheduled to go live in early 2018. The first workshops have already been held.

Movia chooses TeamShare
After participating in an invited tender, TeamShare has been chosen as Movia's new ESDH solution.
TeamShare will replace Movia's current legacy system, which no longer meets the requirements for a modern ESDH solution. Furthermore, the solution is not compliant with the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Movia has therefore chosen TeamShare to meet both legal requirements and to offer employees an effective and configurable standard ESDH solution.
Movia is Denmark's largest transport company with over 200 million passengers per year, around 500 bus lines and ten local train routes. Movia is responsible for planning bus, flex and local train traffic in Eastern Denmark.

FødevareDanmark has chosen TeamShare
TeamShare will be used as a case and document management solution at FødevareDanmark and the underlying organizations.
FødevareDanmark consists of a joint administration for several parts of the food sector, and must use TeamShare to handle both their internal documents and correspondence with members and other contacts, ensuring fast and efficient workflows and good service.
To ensure the greatest possible benefit from TeamShare, integration with the financial system has been considered from the start, so that data is always updated and does not have to be handled multiple times, and that the relevant information is always available to all employees.
FødevareDanmark is an umbrella organization for small and medium-sized enterprises in the food sector, and consists of the Danish Butchers' Association, the Danish Cheese Traders' Association, the Danish Fish Traders' Association and SME Food. Food Denmark helps participating enterprises in areas such as food legislation, working environment, financial advice, etc.

Feedback - Lector Customer Satisfaction Survey
We have just completed our customer satisfaction survey among our customers.
We thank you for the large participation of more than 55%, and are pleased that more than 92% of our customers are very satisfied or satisfied with Lector's products and services, just as in the relationship with Lector, as a supplier and partner, there are (94%) very satisfied or satisfied customers.

Zizzi Denmark ApS choose LTS
We are proud to announce that Zizzy Denmark ApS has chosen LTS as their new platform for customs processing.
Automation of customs processes will help support the expected growth in goods handling at Zizzi.
Implementation will start immediately, and the full system is expected to be completed during 2017.

TeamShare for the Conservation Board in Denmark
For almost 100 years, conservation areas have been a very important tool for protecting landscapes, nature, animals and plants and their habitats.
Implementation of conservation measures takes place in special boards – conservation boards.
A conservation board consists of a chairman, who must be a judge, and who is appointed by the Minister of the Environment and Food. A member who is appointed by the Minister of the Environment and Food, and a member who is elected by the municipal council in the municipality where the area in question is located. This means that these employees are employed daily in various authorities such as the Danish Courts, etc.
TeamShare was chosen because of the possibility of Remote Access from any PC with just an internet connection and can function as a perfect platform for processing and sharing conservation cases.
All employees in the country's 13 conservation boards have now completed training in TeamShare and all future conservations will be recorded and processed with TeamShare.
Lector has been responsible for this training in collaboration with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
The conservation boards primarily handle two types of cases – cases regarding new conservation areas, decisions that an area should be protected – often cases that extend over several years, and cases regarding exemptions from conservation areas, typically applications for construction of buildings or similar that are not directly related to the conservation area in question. Each conservation board constitutes an independent authority.

Lector participates in DANVA Annual Meeting 2017
Lector will participate in the DANVA Annual Meeting 2017, which will be held on Thursday, May 18 and Friday, May 19, 2017 at Musikhuset Aarhus.
The annual meeting is the annual gathering of Danish water utilities, which gathers from all over Denmark.
With our experience from customers in the industry and our continued focus, we want to give even more people the opportunity to see how TeamShare can help make everyday life easier for users.

Lector supports National Collection 2017
National Fundraising Day is a day when Danes put the fight against cancer on the agenda.
In 2016, over 3.000 volunteers and approximately 28.000 collectors helped raise more than DKK 36,5 million at the national collection.
Everyone involved in the national collection has a significant share in the Danish Cancer Society's efforts in research, prevention and patient support - an effort that creates hope and saves lives.

Lector supports Denmark's Collection 2017
Denmark's Collection is the collection of all of Denmark. Once a year, 12 humanitarian organizations and DR join forces and collect to help people in some of the world's poorest countries achieve the UN Development Goals.
Denmark's Collection makes a huge effort in the world's poorest areas, where the need is greatest. That's why the organizations formulate 12 projects within a specific theme every year, so that Denmark and Denmark's Collection together lift an entire area.
Since the Danish Fundraising was first held in February 2007, Danes have contributed more than 869 million kroner, helping more than seven million people to a better life and future. In the anniversary year 2016, Danes raised more than 97 million kroner under the heading '10 years against poverty'.
Since 2014, Denmark's Collection has targeted all countries that appear on the OECD's list of the world's poorest countries, which means that the organizations also have the opportunity to start development projects in, for example, Latin America and Southeast Asia, which, together with Africa, are home to some of the world's most vulnerable population groups.
