TeamShare for member organizations

TeamShare is used today by several member and interest organizations and ensures that both employees and
members receive the best possible work support, help and service.

Better service for members

By automating workflows and giving the user a better overview of both members and cases, it quickly becomes easy to provide members with better service. They can quickly get answers to their questions or a status on a current case.

It also frees up users' time for important and value-creating work.

The overview is ensured by the individual organization, as part of the implementation, setting up TeamShare to display the information that is important on a single screen, e.g. a member overview where master data is displayed, along with the latest correspondence, current documents and internal tasks for follow-up. In other words – a 360-degree overview.

Integrate TeamShare With other solutions, synchronized data can be part of the overview, thus avoiding the user having to switch systems to get all the information.

It is also important that members find it easy to contact you.

TeamShare can make it even easier by offering members access to targeted web forms for inquiries, possibly including built-in FAQs along the way, so they are helped to provide the necessary information.

To stay connected while keeping data secure, you can TeamShare also comes with a portal where the member can view current and previous cases, as well as communicate with you.

The portal can be used for secure mail and also for members with positions of trust.

By offering both detailed and specific pages with case and member overviews and customized lists with an overview of cases, it is easy to see progress. In addition, there is the option to have reports or statistics delivered, which can also help management's work.

Powerful built-in tools

To best assist the user, TeamShare show a complete overview of both members or cases. The employee can then work from there, whether they need an overview of correspondence, ongoing cases, other documents or history.

Add to that a search function that works like Google, with results tailored to the user and the ability to filter further. All PDF documents are OCR-processed so that everything relevant is found and presented to the user searching.

Together with a number of other features, such as automated workflows, document basket, task lists, shared favorite lists and a built-in contract management module, it provides the most complete and integrated ESDH solution on the market, allowing employees to concentrate on the important work and letting the system handle the rest.

Built on Microsoft

TeamShare is a standard solution that can be adapted to the individual organization – also subsequently. We offer modules for customization, e.g. to provide access to external partners. TeamShare can handle both member cases and administrative (internal) cases, with templates for both cases and documents.

TeamShare is based on well-known tools from Microsoft, which provides an easily recognizable user interface, as well as the ability to edit documents simultaneously and complete version history.

TeamShare is available directly in Outlook and the Office suite. This means that the user does not need to switch windows or programs to perform work, but can start or continue based on either an email or a document.

The implementation takes place in a well-known and proven agile process, with workshops that ensure that all participants are heard. This ensures ownership when you go live, so that the project is a success for everyone, from management to case workers and occasional users.

Integrated solution

In addition to getting TeamShare Set up to your requirements and needs, which we uncover in the initial workshops, we also offer to integrate the solution with your other solutions.

TeamShare can be integrated into MemberCare and other member management solutions, as well as CRM, ERP, etc. Also integration into FirstAgenda, CPV/CVR databases, telephony solutions, etc.

By synchronizing data, there may also be savings on licenses when case managers see all data in TeamShare and should not have access to other systems.

By offering flexible delivery (hosted by a third party, on your own, or as-a-Service), depending on your preference, we make it possible to customize TeamShare to your system landscape.

Access control and tools for GDPR, such as insight cases and revocation rules, are of course built into TeamShare.
