EjendomDanmark streamlines with TeamShare

Challenge

EjendomDanmark had a number of challenges with their IT systems and supporting their daily work. The challenges were as follows:

  • An older, custom-developed solution that could not be adapted sufficiently. In particular, their advice to members who call in must be handled efficiently, as there is often a need for a quick response.
  • Fragmented data. A number of older systems that contained different data and it was not possible to get a comprehensive overview. There was a need to both switch between multiple systems and handle updates manually.
  • At the same time, they should have replaced their membership system with a more modern solution.
  • Shared editing of documents. There was also a desire to be able to work in the Office suite and to be able to work in the same documents at the same time. 

 

Solution

TeamShare can be used as a standard solution for quick and efficient handling of telephone advice cases, as well as other workflows in the rest of the organization.

To support employees, the following was set up:

  • The receptionist who creates the cases has access to create an advisory case that contains the most important information and has the member company linked to it. Often the case is not answered by the same employee who receives the call. Therefore, it is important that all information is quickly noted and passed on.
  • Employees who handle advisory cases have a front page that shows new cases to be handled, with the most important information highlighted.
  • A special case page was also configured, which gives employees a quick overview of the case, the member company, the contacts and what the case is about.
  • Integration with the Membercare membership system. Via TeamShares standard integration, member information is synchronized automatically.
  • TeamShare supports Microsoft's shared editing feature, so employees can leave version control and collaboration to the system and just do their work.

 

What will you get out of this?

EjendomDanmark has received an effective solution that can support employees in their daily work, while working with familiar tools.

All existing information has been transferred to TeamShare from the old systems and has made it easy for employees to find an overview of their projects and documents and collaborate across offices and groups.

The integration with Membercare ensures that new members are automatically transferred to TeamShare and that related cases and other information are always updated when they need to be used.

The integration between the two new solutions has also freed up staff time to focus on their members, while eliminating the need for manual copying of information and the errors it can cause.
