Challenge
Danske Fysioterapeuter had an outdated solution. A switch to Microsoft Outlook and the Office suite had been decided in advance, and a newer document management solution had to be found that could fit into the new setup.
The need to be able to provide members with the best possible service when they contacted Danske Fysioterapeuter, was the main focus, along with the desire to make it easier for employees to work together across departments and cases. Member information was spread across multiple systems and there was a lack of overview.
It was important that the system changeover went as smoothly as possible and that no information was lost along the way. The transition had to happen from one day to the next, so that caseworkers and other employees were not interrupted in their work.
Solution
TeamShare is delivered as a standard solution with integration to Office and Outlook, and is instead experienced as a complete solution without the need to switch. This makes it easier to start using the system from day one.
With a custom user interface, employees see all important information on a single screen. Integration with Navision also ensures that the most important member information is transferred and displayed in the overall overview.
All existing cases and documents were transferred so that work could continue in TeamShare.
An integration with the telephone system allows the case manager to automatically display all information about the member calling by pressing a single key.

TeamShare is, with the switch from Notes to Microsoft, part of the new package that employees received. So instead of having the experience of two systems previously, they now received a unified solution. In addition, the integration with the telephone system helps streamline the workflow when handling calls from members, who at the same time get better service and access to their union.
In addition, the integration with Navision ensures that all members' information is updated both ways, and that data from Navision is sent to TeamShare, so that caseworkers can immediately get the most important information.
All member information is collected in one overview, and Danske Fysioterapeuter can offer their members the best possible service from first contact.
Danske Fysioterapeuter is a professional and interest association for over 15.000 physiotherapists and physiotherapy students with approximately 70 employees who handle daily operations as well as member inquiries, policy and negotiations.
