With TeamShare Cabi has gained a better overview of their projects.

Challenge

Cabi had a traditional solution where documents were handled on shared drives.

The aim was to update and streamline the handling of documents and correspondence on the various projects, while at the same time an agreement had been reached on delivery to the State Archives.

It was important that the solution was easy to use, and that it was possible to expand the use of the chosen solution in the future to, for example, include CRM functions and the like.

On a daily basis, employees use Outlook and the Office suite, so it was desired that the new solution could work together with the familiar tools.

Solution

TeamShare could be used as a standard solution for fast and efficient document management and archiving of emails.

It was also possible to load the existing data into TeamShare, so that work could continue on existing cases, while at the same time converting data for submission to the State Archives, so that the agreement was complied with without the work being unnecessarily stalled.

TeamShare was integrated into Outlook and the Office suite, so that employees could continue to work as they were used to.

Cabi has received an effective solution that can support employees in their daily work, while working with familiar tools.

All existing documents have been transferred to TeamShare from the old network drives, and has made it easy for employees to find an overview of their projects and documents and collaborate across teams.
