Lector handles the entire process from analysis and conversion to delivery
If you are among those who must submit data from IT systems to Rigsarkivet, Lector can help you. For more than 10 years, we have built up solid experience with submissions to Rigsarkivet, including from our own solutions ESS and TeamShare.

Lector has developed a process that makes it easy to submit to the National Archives, regardless of which system your documents are in, and with a minimum of resource use for you. Lector follows Rigsarkivet process for submissions close.
In its simplest form, we analyze your data and enter into a dialogue with the National Archives (or the local archive, if you use a §7 archive) so that the right data and the desired documentation are delivered correctly the first time - and with a realistic timetable.
Once it has been clarified which data must be handed over, we ensure that there are no files with passwords, ZIP files or other files that cannot be handed over.
We then convert the data to the submission format and test the conversion with the National Archives' test program, Ada, and conduct our own random samples. The conversion itself is done with Lector's in-house developed engine. We also use the engine in our own ESDH solution TeamShare, from which we have completed many deliveries to Rigsarkivet.
We will of course ensure that the conversion work takes into account the need for you to be able to continue with your normal work while the conversion takes place.
Your data is handled according to GDPR and Persondataloven, and we can guarantee that data never leaves the country if we provide server capacity. If desired or required, all work can of course also be carried out in your own IT environment.
