Lector has expanded TeamShare with a contract management module. The module is an integrated part of TeamShare and comes free of charge. This means that for most organizations there is one less expense and one less system to maintain.
Contract management is a natural part of general document management, and therefore it makes extra sense to have both parts together and it eliminates the need to switch between different programs or transfer data manually.
In addition to saving the cost of another system, there is of course also the savings that come from terminating contracts before expiration, or being prepared for negotiation when the contract needs to be renegotiated.
You can do this by having a good overview of the contracts, as well as by receiving reminders about expiration or renegotiation. Of course, you get this in TeamShare.
Contracts come in many forms, such as formal signed documents in PDF format, but also as approved meeting minutes, emails with approvals, or something else entirely. Therefore, all types of documents can be marked as contracts and handled accordingly.
By handling contracts in TeamShare It will also be possible to create workflows that contain contracts, for example when approval from the immediate manager is required before signing or proofreading.
Tasks are linked to the individual contract and can be assigned to both roles or a specific employee as needed. This makes it easy to get an overview of upcoming and completed tasks.
Contract management is an integral part of TeamShare. That is, the module is controlled and configured via the administration module that comes with the product. And it should be mentioned that there is no need for coding – everything is done as configuration of lists, workflows with drag-n-drop and assignment of rights.
In addition to contract management, TeamShare also handle digital signatures of contracts and documents. The solution can be integrated with the signature provider of your choice, e.g. eSignatur.
