Settlements

This module performs an automatic count of goods entered in the customs warehouse accounts, based mainly on invoicing data.

The module creates a Customs Clearance Declaration (CCL) for goods for free circulation, or an export for goods to 3rd countries. CCLs are subsequently displayed for manual control in the Inbound module, while exports are displayed in the Outbound module.

Customs warehouses and customs debts can be monitored, where the module compares data/status between the physical warehouse and the customs accounting records. Customs clearance of goods from customs warehouses to free circulation is automated, based on the data set for outgoing goods. Naturally, with the necessary logic to control the optimal choice of customs pools (T1/T2).
