LTS Inbound handles declaration of inbound deliveries to customs authorities, based on transport information, purchase orders and detailed product information.
An adapter ensures the import of data from the company's ERP system, with the necessary information, so that import declarations can be autogenerated or edited as needed.
The adapter contains a Data Refinement Module that ensures high data quality and minimizes errors. Incorrect declarations are not sent to the Danish Customs Board, which subsequently requires time to correct.
The module makes it possible to extract the necessary reports for documentation and control.
User interface that displays upcoming transports, import declarations, and functionality for handling all inbound processes.

Credit Note allows the user to use a received credit note regarding imported goods and immediately submit a correction declaration to the Danish Customs Agency.

Two reports are included – a Customs Value Declaration and a Declaration Report.
Data Distribution
Both the Inbound and Outbound modules allow for the export of data via EDI, which can be used by the recipient, and can be done in several different formats.
