Financial Data Export
Financial data, including customs duties, import VAT and other taxes collected by the Danish Customs Agency, is exported via LTSadapter.

Exchange Rate load
The Exchange Rates module allows the user to load a complete file of exchange rates into the system, thereby avoiding the manual process of maintenance.

The user downloads the monthly file, and LTS retrieves and displays all differences from the previous month – or file transfer – before saving the content to LTS.

HS Code Load
This module maintains all HS codes for calculating duties and taxes. Maintenance is part of the subscription.

taric
LTS contains the latest version of Taric, with the various rules that apply to products, and is used when importing, which allows the user to correctly classify the goods to be cleared through customs.

Manual File Import
Manual File Import is a back-up feature that allows you to import a file if the automatic import fails for some reason. The feature can also be used for testing purposes.

Report Templates
LTS has its own report generator. This is Open Source-based, i.e. without a license and can therefore be customized as needed.

Integration with Data Refinement Module
LTS provides an adapter that provides import and export of data. The adapter has a Data Refinement Module that helps ensure the highest possible quality of data.

The Data Refinement Module provides a response that all files have been received, with a description of any errors or deviations.

Systemlog
All changes in the system are logged.

Import Specification Handler
Local customs authorities usually provide a specification file of all imports for a given period.

The Import Specification module allows the user to import this file and compare the contents with data recorded in LTS.

The system clearly marks all reference numbers where there is a difference between the specification and LTS, thereby avoiding the cumbersome and time-consuming task of inspecting each individual transaction.

User-defined KPIs/reports are available for all four main modules.

User Management
User Management gives a user access to create or delete users, as well as change roles/rights in the system.

System Configuration / System defaults
LTS provides access to standard settings of default values, which minimizes time spent on manual entry during import and export. The values ​​can be changed continuously by the customer's own LTS-administrator.

An example is displaying/filling in information in the fields that users must fill in in different situations.

Another example is adding required content/description in a document related to a specific country in connection with export.

Data Exchange Monitor
Data Exchange Monitor logs all transactions/transfers associated with external partners. It is possible to track & trace all transactions made by a user.

LDEA
Lector Data Exchange Application ensures data communication with any partner registered in LTS.

It is used in connection with file transfers for:

• Manifest
• Customs2000
• DMS export
• NCTS

And other partners, including carriers.
