ESS is a standard system that digitizes the process of case processing customer inquiries from creation to completion.
ESS is based on Microsoft technology, and is tightly integrated with Word and Outlook.
Effective digitalization
ESS simplifies routines for the caseworker, and provides structure in case processing, as well as subsequent reporting. Document and task management ensures that all information is available on the case.
Overview and quick response
Cases are searched for through overviews and using searches. The case is managed in the case window, with an overview of the progress, and access to the case status and next steps.
User-friendly dialogue
An intuitive and recognizable user interface, where ESS integrates with the office tools that the employee knows from MS Office, creating advantages in daily use.
Management information with both details and overview
Overview of case processing, through predefined reports or ad-hoc via data analyses that can be further processed in spreadsheets.
Online registration of inquiries
ESS Web allows for the creation of an inquiry electronically. Based on the information that you wish to register, the case is created in ESS, without the person having direct access to ESS.
Quick matter
Possibility to register a few selected pieces of information in connection with, for example, a telephone inquiry. The inquiry can subsequently be converted into a case.
Social Media
ESS Omnichannel supports integration with social media (initially Facebook/Twitter).
User survey
ESS Survey allows you to send a user survey to the person who has contacted you about a case, e.g. support.
Electronic communication between parties
ESS Portal provides the opportunity to communicate with external parties involved in a case without them having direct access to ESSYou can create and respond to comments on the case, upload documents, and receive "News for you" in the case.
Flexible system
ESS is a framework system that is configured and easily adapted or changed according to current workflows/needs. Rich possibilities for integration/data exchange with other systems.
ESS supports the processing of sensitive and personally identifiable information in connection with Personal Data Ordinance (GDPR).
